- The booking amount is non-refundable under any circumstances.
- Cancellations will not be accepted via phone calls or WhatsApp messages. To initiate a cancellation, please reply to the booking confirmation email with your payment receipt.
- Free cancellation up to 45 days before the departure date. However, the booking amount remains non-refundable.
- Cancellation charges:
- 44 to 30 days before departure: 10% of the total trip cost + booking amount.
- 29 to 20 days before departure: 25% of the total trip cost + booking amount.
- 19 to 10 days before departure: 50% of the total trip cost + booking amount.
- 10 to 6 days before departure: 75% of the total trip cost.
- Less than 6 days before departure: 100% of the total trip cost.
- No-show: No refund.
- Refund & Reimbursement Charges:
- All refunds will be subject to a 2.5% payment gateway fee and 5% GST.
- Customers who paid via UPI will not be charged the payment gateway fee.
- The booking amount is non-refundable, but a Credit Note may be issued if the cancellation is requested at least 5 days before departure (subject to TIC’s discretion).
- Unforeseen Circumstances & Trip Modifications:
- In case of government restrictions, extreme weather, protests, landslides, or any unforeseen situations, TIC will offer the best alternative options but will not provide refunds for canceled activities.
- If a trip/trek is canceled due to natural calamities or other unavoidable circumstances (such as rain, snowfall, earthquakes, strikes, or bandhs), a refund will be issued in the form of TIC Credit (redeemable within 365 days).
- If a trip/trek gets interrupted due to such unforeseen circumstances, no refund will be provided.
- Any additional expenses due to these unforeseen situations will be borne by the customer, and TIC will not be liable.
- Seasonal Variations:
- Cancellation policies may vary during peak seasons and for high-demand destinations. Please check the specific terms at the time of booking.
